What this website collects
Language preference in your browser. If you ask an advisor to shop coverage, we only want a name, a phone number, optional email and ZIP, the lines to quote, and a short note. That request opens in your email to quotes@dinsurancegroup.com. We do not keep a copy in local storage or in a website database.
What not to type here
Do not enter Social Security numbers, driver’s license images, bank accounts, diagnoses, medications, lab results, or medical records. Those belong on a call or in a carrier portal — not in a notes field. If you pasted them by mistake, call us and we will tell you how to treat that message.
Health insurance and HIPAA
HIPAA applies to protected health information handled in our health-insurance work — not to auto, home, flood, or pet. This website is not a medical-records system and is not a substitute for a Notice of Privacy Practices at the office. We do not advertise a HIPAA certification; HIPAA is a legal program (policies, training, vendor agreements), not a badge. Health details should be given to a licensed advisor by phone.
