Read the lease. Triple-net tenants often insure improvements and BPP; landlords insure the building — until the exhibit says otherwise. Double coverage is messy. Zero coverage is a total.
Stock, peak season, and theft
Inventory values move. Peak-season endorsements exist. Theft and employee dishonesty are not the same. A camera is not a policy.
Wind deductibles and flood
Percentage wind deductibles on seven-figure TIV are cash. Flood is excluded from the property form. Parks that ponded last year need a flood quote even in Zone X.
